When it comes to flipping houses, we handle the heavy lifting. We take care of the legal paperwork, mortgage and financing requirements, and all of the nitty-gritty nuisances that make investing in real-estate painful. We also ensure that renovations are on time, on budget and result in the maximum return on investment. Our process includes four simple steps:

Purchase and Renovations
We’ll schedule outline, and develop renderings of the renovations prior to finalizing the necessary, financial and legal paperwork and ensure that work will begin immediately after closing.
A down payment on the investment is required and will be determined during the Purchase and Renovation stage. However, when it comes to renovations, there are absolutely no up-front costs you must pay. Instead, we’ll secure a loan for you that will cover all renovation costs and result in low monthly payments (OAC) after your property sells.
